1. Safety inspection and preparation

Before use, the workshop power supply line should be checked to ensure that it meets the required load requirements of the equipment and that the power supply voltage and frequency match the equipment specifications.

Check whether the connecting parts of each wire are reliable and good, and whether there are any rust spots or other phenomena.

Regularly inspect the assembly of all components for good condition, check for any looseness in fasteners, and check for any other foreign object sounds inside the body.

2. Operation and Maintenance

Before starting the motor, it is necessary to check whether the reducer in the main transmission system has been lubricated; If not available, the specified engine oil or gear oil should be added above the marking line, and the oil should be cleaned and changed according to the prescribed cycle.

The tightness of the conveyor belt should be adjusted in a timely manner to maintain a suitable working condition.

3. Safe operation and emergency handling

The daily switch on/off of the assembly line should be the responsibility of a designated person in the production workshop. Unauthorized and unqualified personnel are prohibited from operating.

When shutting down normally, the air switch in the control cabinet can only be disconnected after the assembly line has completely stopped running and all transportation components have completely stopped working.

When operators inspect the assembly line, they must not touch the moving parts of the equipment with their hands or other body parts. When it is necessary to inspect or clean, the power should be disconnected before proceeding.

When there is a malfunction or hidden danger in the assembly line, it should be stopped immediately and equipment maintenance personnel should be notified to come for inspection and repair.

In case of emergency, such as personal injury accidents or electrical abnormalities, the operator should immediately press the emergency stop button, disconnect the power, and notify the equipment maintenance personnel immediately.

4. Special precautions

It is prohibited to operate assembly line equipment under low or unstable voltage.

When the goods are too heavy, it is necessary to ensure that they are within the normal acceptance range of the production line and report to the on duty leader. Overloading operation for a long time is strictly prohibited.

During the maintenance period of the equipment, signs such as “This equipment is under maintenance and strictly prohibited from use” must be hung up.

Electricians must post safety warning signs on all key safety parts of equipment, and equipment without safety signs and protective covers is strictly prohibited from use.

5. About manual buttons and suspension systems

The placement of manual buttons should be convenient to operate and not affect production.

Take good care of the hardware facilities of the suspension system to avoid damage caused by improper operation.

Non system maintenance personnel are not allowed to walk or walk under the tracks in the center of the system and at each station to ensure safety.
