Management process

Cutting bed cutting management: Cut pieces according to the marking frame, including subcontracting, inspection, and collective piece counting

Outsourcing process management: managing the outsourcing of cutting pieces such as printing, embroidery, and nail beads.

In line process management: sewing flow: single piece flow, automated cutting flow, and rhythm balance control

Post process management: needle inspection, hot stamping, packaging, etc.
