The MES smart workshop manufacturing solution of Junmei Technology is mainly based on an intelligent rhythm assembly line, assisting RFID workstations (in line) and intelligent tablets (out of line) in collecting workshop data. It integrates cloud architecture and mobile software center to achieve automatic flow of cutting processing, and through reasonable arrangement of production sequence, collection, summary, and analysis of production process data. Form real-time data and reports that reflect the production process, including order progress, quality, pace, personnel piece rate, capacity consumption, production efficiency, personnel skills, and other multidimensional and multi terminal displays, and make the workshop production process transparent. At the same time, data analysis will drive intelligent hardware work to achieve maximum efficiency operation in the workshop.
