When there is abnormal sound on the rhythm assembly line, the following steps can be taken to solve it:

1. Identify the source of abnormal sound:

Firstly, it is necessary to determine the specific location or area where the abnormal sound is generated. You can use auditory judgment, combined with visual observation, to try to determine whether the sound comes from specific machinery, motors, or other devices.

2. Inspect mechanical components:

For mechanical noise, the internal parts of the assembly line machine should be checked for looseness, wear, or damage. For example, poor bearing performance or improper tightness may cause buzzing sounds.

Check if the belt is worn, cracked, aged, or stretched or loose, all of which may cause abnormal belt noise.

3. Check the aerodynamic equipment:

For aerodynamic noise, it is necessary to check for poor air flow, abnormal pressure changes, or malfunctions in related equipment such as fans and compressors.

4. Check electromagnetic equipment:

Electromagnetic noise may come from equipment such as motors and transformers. Check if these devices are operating properly and if there are any abnormal conditions such as overheating or short circuits.

5. Adjustment and lubrication:

For noise caused by friction or vibration, appropriate adjustments can be made to the machine, such as adjusting the tightness of the belt, replacing worn parts, etc.

Use appropriate lubricants to lubricate the machine, reduce friction between parts, and thus reduce noise.

6. Using polyol solution for treatment:

For the abnormal noise caused by the hardening and icing of the belt in winter, a polyol solution can be applied to the surface of the belt to fully moisturize it, maintain its elasticity, and reduce slipping.

7. Replace damaged parts:

If a component is found to be damaged or irreparable, it should be replaced with a new component in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the assembly line.

8. Maintenance and upkeep:

Regular maintenance and upkeep of the convection water line, including cleaning, tightening screws, replacing lubricating oil, etc., to reduce the occurrence of abnormal sounds.

9. Record and feedback:

For each occurrence of abnormal sounds and their solutions, detailed records should be made for future reference and summary of experience.

If the problem cannot be resolved on its own, it should be promptly reported to relevant departments or professionals for timely assistance and support.
