Measures to prevent static electricity on the clothing assembly line workbench can be taken from the following aspects:

1. Choose the appropriate workbench material:

Choose materials with anti-static functions to make a workbench to reduce the generation of static electricity. These materials typically have low electrical resistivity and can quickly release static electricity to the ground.

The anti-static workbench usually uses industrial aluminum profiles as the main structure, because of their convenient assembly, easy maintenance, and ability to keep the site environment clean.

2. Keep the workbench clean:

Regularly cleaning the workbench and using specialized anti-static cleaning agents or cleaning agents containing anti-static components can help reduce the accumulation of static electricity.

3. Using anti-static equipment:

Equip staff with anti-static clothing, anti-static shoes, anti-static hats, and anti-static wristbands, which can effectively release static electricity from the body to the ground and reduce damage to electronic devices.

4. Environmental control:

Grounding: Ground all conductive targets and maintain a low grounding resistance, which helps to quickly dissipate the charges accumulated on metal equipment, conductive products, or personnel towards the ground.

Increase humidity: In dry environments, static electricity is more likely to be generated. Therefore, it is possible to increase the relative humidity of the air in the working environment and reduce the generation of static electricity through methods such as humidifiers, watering on the ground, or steam spraying.

5. Using anti-static materials:

Materials that choose conductive materials as the conduction pathway, such as materials with a surface resistance coefficient less than 10 ^ 11 Ω/m ^ 2 or a volume resistance coefficient less than 10 ^ 10 Ω/m ^ 2, are called anti-static materials and can effectively prevent excessive static electricity accumulation in the material.

6. Develop anti-static work standards:

Develop and implement anti-static work standards to ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with anti-static measures, and develop a culture and habits of anti-static work.

The comprehensive application of the above measures can effectively reduce the generation and accumulation of static electricity on the workbench of the clothing assembly line, improve product safety, and reduce the scrap rate of components.
